Visoni salons studios range from 105 Sq. Ft. to 140 Sq. Ft. for a single suite, many with floor to ceiling windows.

How much does it cost to rent a Studio?
We have a variety of options available. Contact us for a confidential, no obligation conversation.
Do you have security cameras?
We have security cameras in the hallways and the front and back parking lots with a large monitor in the breakroom for easy viewing. BTW, our next door neighbor is the Lee's Summit Police Department. An added bonus!
Can I share my studio with a friend?
Absolutely. Some stylists like to share a single studio by simply alternating days or times to see their clients. We also have one double studio.
Who pays the utilities?
We do.
What are the lease terms?
We're flexible. We are a local, family owned business and we want to work with you.
Will Visoni help me promote my business?
Yes. Our website includes an entire page dedicated to promoting Studio Owners and the services offered.
Are there any restrictions or requirements on the hours that I work?
One of the beautiful perks of owning your own business is that you control your schedule, working the days and the hours that are best for you and your clients. You will have 24/7 access to your private and secure Studio.
Can I decorate my studio using MY style?
You have the freedom to create your own "vibe" - artwork, music, decor, etc.
Where would I park?
There is a private entrance with owner parking in the back of the building that is well-lit and monitored by a security camera. This private entrance can only be opened by Studio Owners using a special access card.
When can I come by and look at the studios?
Call, text or email to make an appointment. We would love to show you what we have built!
Are your washers and dryers coin operated?
No! We include the use of our full-size washers and dryers in the deal, no charge.
Do you have a processing room?
Yes. A processing room with dryers is included.
Is there a Starbucks nearby?
Yes, within walking distance.
